2. **Non-Returnable Items**: Certain items such as swimwear that has been worn or used, and personalized items cannot be returned.

4. **Shipping Costs**: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. **Refunds**: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
6. **Exchanges**: If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item.
